Professional Development Subscription

(We have now added a social media package on top of the staff training to boost your foot traffic through the door!!)

A intensive training programme designed to revamp and re-invigorate; the coffee bar, procedures and consistency across the team.

We consult with management and then staff to provide a progression plan both at a Cafe and individual level.

Subscription Includes;

2 x Consultations; Strategy meeting with Owner/Manager and Staff skill assessment/goal planning.

1x Progression program provided to Management.

6 x Cafe visits during subscription period, implementing progression program, taking photos and video for social media.

Direct contact to Milk Chef given to Management and Staff for any further advice and all troubleshooting correspondence.

Any new staff members during subscription period inducted to your cafe AND trained in basics by Milk Chef.
